We ship Monday through Thursday. Friday orders will process on Monday.
Our Products are baked fresh daily consequently some products are not made everyday so it may take a couple of days to ship.
We use Fed Ex to ship our products once the product is shipped you can expect the transit times below.
1-2 Days New England States.
2-3 days transit time east of the Mississippi River.
4-5 west of the Mississippi River.
A confirmation email with our shipping partners tracking information is sent when the order is shipped.
Orders placed after 11 AM Eastern standard will ship next Business day if fresh product is available that day..
If you need it sooner please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the items & exact shipping address and we will quote overnight and 2 day air rates specific to your destination this is the only guaranteed delivery by date service we offer.
We make every effort to notify the carrier that our Whoopie Pies are fragile and perishable and should not be left in the heat. We cannot be responsible if they do so. If you are expecting an order to arrive, please keep an eye out for our delivery partner.
Due to duty fees and shipment delays International orders are not accepted.
During warmer months, delivery drivers may need to leave boxes in the sun. Upon receipt, please place product in freezer or refrigerator without removing product from the box. This will return the product to room temperature (or below) while retaining its shape. Since the Whoopie Pies are shipped on the same day they are baked, they arrive fresh and should be served or frozen within 7 days. Frozen product will stay fresh for 3 months.
Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order. Unfortunately, once our products leave our facility we cannot accept returns.
