Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our facility. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please verify your shipping information before placing an order. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns.
We take precautions to inform the carrier of the fragility and perishability of our Whoopie Pies. However, we cannot be held responsible for how the carrier handles the shipment. If you're expecting delivery, consider choosing a location where the product can be kept indoors, such as your office or a friend's house, to ensure the quality of the product.
Melted or Misshaped Products
While Whoopie Pies may arrive melted, they are safe to consume and still maintain their delicious taste. We cannot offer reshipment or refunds for melted or misshaped products. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the pies may soften, and the cream filling may touch the wrapper, causing them to appear misshaped. However, they are still perfectly fine to enjoy. Whoopie Pies have a shelf life of up to 14 days at room temperature and up to 6 months in the freezer. For the best flavor, allow them to reach room temperature before eating.
Returns Policy for Incorrectly Shipped Products
If you received an incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Register the return with the carrier using the return label. Once registered, please notify us via email. - Replacement Shipping
After the return is registered, we will ship the replacement item(s) via expedited shipping at no extra cost. - Refund Option
If you prefer a refund, please indicate this in your email. We will process the refund upon receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
