Because our products are perishable, we handle returns and replacements a little differently. Please review the details below.
Perishable product
We cannot accept returns once an order has left our facility. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please verify your shipping information before placing an order.
Carrier handling
We mark shipments as fragile and perishable, but we cannot control how a carrier handles a package. If you’re expecting delivery, consider choosing a location where the box can be brought indoors promptly to help maintain product quality.
Melted or misshaped products
Whoopie Pies may soften in transit, causing the cream to touch the wrapper or the pies to appear misshaped. They are safe to consume and still taste great. We do not offer reshipments or refunds for melted or misshaped products.
Storage guidance: Whoopie Pies have a shelf life of up to 14 days at room temperature and up to 6 months in the freezer. For best flavor, allow them to come to room temperature before eating.
Incorrect items received
If we shipped the wrong product, we’ll fix it quickly. Please follow the steps below.
- Contact us
Email info@whoopiepies.com with your order number and a description of the incorrect item(s).
- Return label
We’ll email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect item(s).
- Return process
Repack the incorrect items in their original packaging and attach the return label.
- Return registration
Register the return with the carrier as instructed on the label. Then email us a quick confirmation.
- Replacement or refund
Once the return is registered, we’ll ship the correct item(s) via expedited service at no charge. If you prefer a refund instead, tell us in your email; we’ll process it when the return reaches our warehouse.
