Whoopie Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we are unable to restock products once they have left our facility. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or insufficient addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once our products have been shipped, returns cannot be accepted.

We take precautions to inform the carrier about the fragility and perishability of our Whoopie Pies. However, we cannot be held accountable for their handling. If you are expecting a delivery, please be vigilant and consider choosing a delivery location, such as your office or a friend's house, where the product can be kept indoors during the delivery hours.



We are unable to offer reshipment or refunds for melted or miss shaped products.

Please note that melted or misshaped products are not eligible for reshipment or refunds. While Whoopie pies may arrive melted, they are safe to consume and maintain their deliciousness.  We are unable to offer reshipment or refunds for melted products. If you are not at home, the Whoopie pies may soften but remain unaffected. The cream filling may touch the wrapper and the pies may appear misshaped, but they are still fine to enjoy. They have a shelf life of up to 14 days at room temperature and up to 6 months in the freezer. For optimal flavor, allow them to reach room temperature before consuming. Our goal is to deliver fresh Whoopie pies to your doorstep.




Returns Policy for Incorrectly Shipped Products


If you have received an incorrect product, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Contact Us: Email us at with your order number and details of the incorrect item received. We will provide you with a return label for the incorrect item(s).

Return Label: Upon receiving your email, we will email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect item(s).

Return Process: Please package the incorrect item(s) securely in their original packaging and attach the provided return label.

Return Registration: Register the return with the carrier using the provided return label. Once the return is registered, please notify us via email.

Replacement Shipping: We will ship the replacement product via expedited shipping at no additional cost once the return is registered with the carrier.

Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please indicate this in your email. We will process the refund upon receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.
