Shipping Handling & Product Storage

Every order is baked to order and shipped the week you choose, so your whoopie pies arrive fresh. We ship the Original Maine Whoopie Pie with care from Lewiston, Maine to doorsteps nationwide.

• We bake and ship to match the week you select to keep your order fresh and on time.
• If you want deliveries across multiple weeks, please place a separate order for each week. Shipping charges apply to each order.
• On rare occasions, delays can occur due to production schedules, carrier transit times, or weather. If that happens, we ship as quickly as possible to preserve freshness and quality.

• We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• PO Boxes can take longer. A street address is preferred for faster service.
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from our shipping partner.
• For overnight or 2-day air delivery, email info@whoopiepies.com with your order details and address for a destination-specific rate quote. This is our only date-specific delivery option.
• We mark packages as fragile and perishable, but we cannot control how long they remain outdoors. Please plan for someone to receive and store your order indoors, especially in warm weather.
• We currently do not ship internationally.

Whoopie pies stay fresh for up to 14 days at room temperature, or up to 6 months when frozen.

• Keep packages away from direct sunlight and heat.
• For best texture, refrigerate or freeze the sealed box for a few hours before serving.
• Some cream may transfer onto the wrapper. That’s normal—and still delicious.
