Heavenly!!!!! So chocolatey, a good amount of yummy creamy filling. The best I've ever tasted, and I've been eating them for 60 yrs. I always thought my mother's were the best--hmmm Labadie's beats my moms. Need I say more.

Sent these to my nephew n his wife in Tennessee ..My nephew was so happy since these and chocolate sugared donut holes are his favorite from Maine ..He was was from Lewiston ,Maine and family moved to upstate NY. Now in his 50's and in Tennessee . My gift to him and he was excited ..Took a picture of his hand holding his whoopie pie with bites taken out

I grew up in Maine, and have been living in DC for about 10 years. I work for a large catering and events company specializing in high profile events. I purchased a couple dozen Whoopi’s pies to hand out to colleagues just before Christmas. Quote from our Exeuctive Chef: “Oh my God... I had no idea they were supposed to taste like this. These are F-ING AMAZING!” Seriously, folks, these are where it’s at. And if you’re like me and from Maine but no longer live there, it’s heavenly nostalgia :)

Maine people have strong opinions about how a whoopie pie is supposed to taste. These are the moist, fudgie kind with dense, sweet frosting filling. Just the way I like them.
