Maine Original Whoopie Pie Dozen Combo

I’ve seen these Whoopie Pies featured on several Food Network shows, and I always wondered if they were as good as they were portrayed on TV. I had planned to visit Maine just to get the Lobster and Whoopie Pies, but I decided to place an order instead. I can tell you that these pies are worth every dollar I paid. Even though my order was delayed three days because of a winter storm, I was extremely satisfied once they arrived. The cake was light and fluffy, as was the cream filling. Surprisingly, it was not too sweet, as you might think, but perfectly balanced. My next order will be at the counter inside Labadies Bakery in Maine… They’re just that good!

As always the _best_ Maine original!! Filling is classic, not too creamy, sugary, just right! Cake is always moist and reliably delicious! Filling to cake ratio is what it should be! Consistently the best!
